Colorful Condo Remodel
Process
The home owner purchased the condo for its excellent location and enticing street appeal. However, the interior had been neglected and in was need of a face lift. Mechanical systems were upgraded. A laundry room was relocated for improved use of space near the kitchen. The master bath was redesigned with custom cabinetry and new walk-in shower. The homeowner chose handmade Talavera tile and Saltillo floors in an upstairs bathroom. New flooring, lighting, fixtures, and paint transformed the home into a fresh, bright space. Hand-laid stonework in the entry garden and back garden expand living space into the outdoors.
